[su_quote cite=”Viktor Frankl” url=”http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viktor_Frankl”]When we are no longer able to change a situation – we are challenged to change ourselves.[/su_quote] [su_quote cite=”Winston Churchill” url=”http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winston_Churchill”]To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.[/su_quote]
Making a change in your life is a daunting task to say the least. We normally see change as disturbing our routine and creating instability and well, it takes us out of our comfort zone and make us think in new and different ways, which isn’t easy at all.
Keep in mind that that if you feel you’re in a rut, what you could really be feeling is that you haven’t had any change (you can read that as “variety“) in your life in quite a while. Now, we usually describe this as no excitement, no juice, no electricity to life and I could go on and on and it’s this very lack of change or variety that can lead to a lack of motivation and a lack of interest in anything and everything and we all know where that can lead, to no where good!
If you were truly fulfilled and happy with your life, with the necessary variety and excitement, you wouldn’t be looking for any type of change. So remember, if you begin to feel that nagging need for excitement or juice in your life, you may just need a little a change.
